In SCUM, the Whitelisted User List grants prioritized access to players, differing slightly from the conventional whitelist systems found in other games. By default, the whitelist file on SCUM servers is empty, meaning the whitelist feature is inactive.

However, once a player is added to the list, the server effectively becomes a "whitelist server." If the server reaches full capacity, a whitelisted player attempting to join will automatically displace a non-whitelisted player to ensure space is made available for their connection.

This guide will show you how to add players on Whitelist.

Managing your Server Whitelist

1. Log in to your Game Control Panel.

2. Before making any modifications, stop the server from running by clicking the Stop button.

3. Go to the Configuration Files Tab.

4.  For the Configuration Files, select the WhitelistedUsers.ini file and click the Text Editor Button.
